President's Message

A guiding principle of the Kingsburg Land Bank is to be accountable to the customers to which we lend. As part of that accountability we believe it is important to return a portion of our profits back to our customer/owners in the form of patronage. The Federal Land Bank of Kingsburg has been paying patronage since 1994.

On January 26, 2012, the board of directors declared a record patronage payout. The payout represents a reduction of almost 30% of the interest accrued in 2011 or 1.25% paid on the Association average interest rate. Please see the letter which accompanied the checks which our customers received in March 2012.
